On April 14th 2006, EVITECH received a positive answer from the SYSTEM@TIC competitivity group (pole), for entering the "Security & Defense" branch of this group. The purpose of these organizations (french competitivity groups) are to provide a structure for promoting local and regional business cooperations so as to become world-visible as a key region in the field of activity. EVITECH joins major actors of the field, such as THALES, SAFRAN-SAGEM, MBDA, EADS, and will be committed in mixed R&D groups and government-granted projects.
