EVITECH has organized, with the help of the International Department of the Commerce Chamber of Essonne, a fruitful model of an export process, which has led to 3 first sales in the targeted european region.
"We have had several steps", declares Laurent Assouly, responsible for this action at Evitech. "First, we evaluated market and players, with the help of the Commerce Chamber, and then we identified and met our targets. We have worked with Evitech Support Department who delivered the detectors, and came for 2 days to train local teams to the use and configuration of our solutions. Of course, this process could only take place because of the ergonomy and the easyness to get hands on our products," he confirms.
"Equipped customers could, despite the distance and the language barrier, realize very easily and deploy the configurations they needed, and this has facilitated the sales of the solution. These customers also spontaneously translated software messages and documentation into their local tongues, which is an outstanding proof of attachment to the process and product.", says Laurent Assouly.
"I would like to particularly thank Marianne Sasserant, as well as the International service of the Commerce Chamber of Essonne," concludes Pierre Bernas, CEO of the company, "thanks to the methods and inventive tools they propose, we could get through all this within 2 to 3 months, for a very low cost, in regard to the benefits won today."
EVITECH took share this week to the 2nd forum of International at the Commerce Chamber, with the aim to consider other world regions for 2008.
