The french Presidency has organised on mid-March 2009 a France - Mexique encounter in order to develop economical exchanges between both countries, especially in the crisis period we have to face now. This meeting was an opportunity to promote several Small Enterprises with a high export potential.
EVITECH, invited by the "Elysée" for this meeting, took share to the ceremonies and met mexican partners in order to progress in the diffusion of its video protection solutions : Jaguar (sensitive sites) and the VDS200 wallet (surveillance and VIP protection).
Entirely developed in France from a MoD project, EVITECH products are well known today in Europe for their performance and their reliability, and deployed on european very sensitive sites of MoD, army, official buildings, energy, museums, building, oil and gas, banks, and sensitive hardware builders.
This action was coupled with the participation of a major french group, well known in the security and video business, which will be able to "sustain" EVITECH on the international development project. This group will help EVITECH with a logistics basis, business contacts, and will associate EVITECH to some of its contracts, improving the global added value of its offers to final customers.
« Moreover this export development process », says Laurent ASSOULY, EVITECH Marketing Director and participant to the event, « this meeting was an opportunity to exchange with very high level people : managers of major groups, ambassadors, officials, ... It is also a high value progression step for EVITECH visibility. ».
Evitech is a french start-up in defence/security, created in 2005 with support of MoD, System@tic Paris region pole, and several french organisms for enterprise creation and development. As an image processing software editor, EVITECH supplies its customers in smart video surveillance solutions, as well as OEM artificial vision solutions. Partner of important french companies in security, EVITECH participates to security of major strategic sites in France and won its first references abroad in 2007. EVITECH has ended year 2008 (its 3rd year) with a turnover of 500 K€, a balanced result, and 162% growth from 2007. For 2009, in a more difficult environment, EVITECH targets a 1 million euros turnover, partly with its export partners.
